We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Because our products are made-to-order, we operate with a limited return policy.

Returns:

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

    •    Incorrect item received

    •    Defective or damaged item

    •    Printing or manufacturing error

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    A photo of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    •    Wrong size ordered

    •    Change of mind

    •    Normal wear and tear

    •    Items that have been worn or washed

Please refer to our fit guidelines before placing your order.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

    •    Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    •    Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
